Lunit finalises acquisition of Volpara Health

The previously announced acquisition of Volpara Health by Lunit has been completed. A total of 193 million euros is involved in the acquisition. By acquiring Volpara, Lunit combines its AI for breast cancer detection with Volpara's advanced breast health platform. This includes tools for breast density assessment, Scorecard™ and improving screening workflows. The result is an AI suite that strengthens multiple aspects of breast cancer screening, from cancer detection to streamlining administrative tasks.
