Health AI Register is an independent platform, maintained by Romion Health, a consultancy company dedicated to enabling the responsible adoption of AI in healthcare. This platform was created to bring transparency to the fast-growing and complex market of clinical AI applications.

We provide the most comprehensive, up-to-date, and structured overview of CE marked AI applications for radiology available in Europe. Our mission is to support hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare professionals in making confident, well-informed decisions about AI procurement and implementation.

What we do

Health AI Register is an informational platform, we do not develop, distribute, or run AI algorithms ourselves. Instead, we provide independently curated insights into commercial AI software, helping the field explore, compare, and assess products based on reliable, standardized information.

For each listed product, we present:

• General Information: Subspecialty, imaging modality, clinical focus, diseases targeted and key features
• Technical Specifications: Input/output data, PACS/RIS integration, deployment options (cloud/on-premise)
• Regulatory Status: CE certification, FDA clearance, intended use
• Scientific Evidence: Peer-reviewed studies validating clinical performance and/or impact

How we work

We are in direct contact with most of the AI vendors listed on Health AI Register. Vendors are encouraged to submit product data to ensure accuracy and completeness. When vendor input is not available, our team gathers and verifies information from public sources such as:

• Regulatory databases
• Company websites
• Press releases
• Scientific literature

Every product profile is independently reviewed, ensuring our platform remains unbiased, accurate, and trustworthy.
