contextflow's ADVANCE Chest CT adds malignancy scoring capability
contextflow has launched a new version of its ADVANCE Chest CT application that incorporates a malignancy scoring feature from RevealDx. This addition, known as the Malignancy Similarity Index (mSI), assigns a score of 0 to 1 to a nodule, reflecting how similar it is to nodules in a reference set with known outcomes. Therefore, a high mSI score would indicate an increased likelihood that the nodule is malignant. The aim of this update is to improve early detection and optimize patient management by providing more accurate assessments and reducing unnecessary procedures.
