mediaire's new product, mdknee, has been introduced to the EU market for knee MRI evaluations. mdknee automates the detection and classification of cartilage damage using the International Cartilage Regeneration & Joint Preservation Society (ICRS) grading system.
The software generates a quantitative report and provides visual overlays that are returned to the PACS. It maps affected areas to specific anatomical regions, such as the femur, tibia, and patella, offering insights for musculoskeletal specialists.
