New domain offers transparency on the infrastructure behind healthcare AI applications
Utrecht, June 18 — The Health AI Register today announced the expansion of its scope to include a new domain dedicated to AI platforms, alongside additional clinical domains. The first two platforms featured in this new domain are Aidoc aiOS and HCKonnect TrueLink. More to follow soon!
AI platforms are becoming an increasingly important part of the health AI landscape. Rather than focusing on a single diagnostic task, these platforms support the deployment, integration, monitoring, or orchestration of multiple AI applications within clinical workflows. By including them in the Health AI Register, the Register aims to provide a clearer overview of the infrastructure that enables AI implementation in practice, alongside task-specific AI solutions.
This expansion reflects the growing complexity of health AI adoption. Hospitals, clinicians, researchers, and policymakers need transparent information not only about individual AI tools, but also about the platforms that support their use in real-world care settings.
The new domain is available now at www.healthairegister.com/platforms.
